1. Email attendees
First make sure that you are logged in with your email and password.
Go to the “Dashboard”, click on “Attendees”, search for the person you would like to contact and click on “BIO”, then “CONTACT BY EMAIL”. On this page type a subject line and a message and “SEND MESSAGE”. The person will receive the message in their app inbox and in their email account.

2. Receive communications via the WebApp or block this function
On the Dashboard go to “App Settings” and then “Privacy”. Choose yes as answer to the questions “Receive communications” and “Publish in delegate list” so that people can find you in order to send you messages. Rest assured that we will never display your email address unless you contacted someone else first.

3. Take notes during talks
Go to “Detailed Program”, find the session you would like to take notes for and click on the session title and then click on the specific presentation.
On this page click on “Add Personal Notes” which you find in the right-hand corner. Don’t forget to save!
You can email your notes to yourself from the “MY NOTES” icon on the dashboard.

4. Read abstracts
Go to “Detailed Program”, click a session title and then click on a presentation title. Here you can see the abstract for all technical session presentations and posters.

5. Build your agenda to be all prepared for the meeting
Go to “Detailed Program” and click a session title. Next to the presentation title you see a + symbol. Click this symbol in order to add this presentation to your agenda. Do this with all talks / posters you would like to see. When you then go to “My Agenda” you will see the date, time, title, room and presenter of all the talks / posters you added to your favorites. You can remove presentations from your agenda by clicking the - symbol.

6. Download manuscripts
First make sure that you are logged in with your email and password.
Go to “Detailed Program”, click a session title and then click on a presentation title. Here you will find a button to download the manuscript for all technical session presentations and posters.

7. Find all Innovation Theatre presentations (by companies) that are taking place during the lunch breaks on August 27-29, 2019
Stop by the Innovation Theatre, located inside the Exhibit Hall, to learn more about innovative new products that companies are providing! On your Dashboard go to “Innovation Theatre” to find the schedule of these presentations.

8. Lunch & Learn sessions
On your Dashboard go to “Lunch & Learns” to see the topic of all L&Ls and visit the registration desk to reserve a seat. Pre-registration required.

9. Technical tours schedule
On your Dashboard go to “Technical Tours” to find all details.

10. Need general info about logistical aspects of the meeting and your stay in Montreal?
On your Dashboard go to “General Info” or approach one of our staff at the registration desk.

11. Change your attendee list profile
On the Dashboard go to “App Settings” and then “Profile” to update your profile. Under “Photo” you can update your profile photo.

12. Find exhibitor booth location and contact details
On the Dashboard go to “Exhibitors” to find the booth number and exhibition floor plan.
When you click on an exhibitor logo you will find all details the company provided.

13. Find sponsor contact details
On the Dashboard go to “Sponsors”. When you click on a sponsor logo you will find more details.
